How do I make an appointment?
Just e-mail me, Kathy@SoulSourceConnection.com, and give me an idea of what you are seeking (if you know!) and when you are available. I typically limit appointments for Private Consultations, Energy Healing Sessions, or Intuitive Readings to between 10A and 2P Central time Monday through Friday. I do this so that I can remain centered, open and focused in loving service to you. Though I will make every attempt to be flexible and accommodate your schedule with evening or weekend appointments as necessary.
Do the appointments have to be in person? What if I live too far away or am too ill or busy to come to you?
Although I prefer to meet with you in person, most all of my services can be done by e-mail, over the phone, or on Skype. Even the Energy Healing Sessions and Intuitive Readings can be done without your physical presence. I encourage you to make your health and well-being a priority. If a remote session is necessary or desired, you will be given preparation instructions and a full report of the service.
What can I expect during an Energy Healing Session?
If you come to my home office, you will either sit in a padded chair (for Inner Counselor) or relax fully clothed on a massage table (for Body Alignment).
In general, an Energy Healing Session offers a quiet, nurturing and reflective period of personal sanctuary. It allows for a deeply relaxing experience where your mind, body and spirit gently return to a state of balance. You will be renewed and refreshed as you re-establish inner harmony and well-being.
Are your services covered by insurance or reimbursable through a flexible spending account (FSA)?
I do not take insurance or deal with it in any way. It is possible that my services may be reimbursed through an HSA, for example. so I suggest that you inquire as to your specific plan. I will provide you with a receipt.
Where are you located?
I have a private home office in Woodbury, MN. When you confirm an in-person appointment, I will provide you with specific address and directions. Otherwise, we will make arrangements to correspond by e-mail, phone or Skype.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
Please provide 24 hour notice of a cancellation, so that I can open that time for another client, to avoid being charged the full amount for the missed session.
